Michael Hugh Mosley (22 March 1957 – c. 5 June 2024) was a British television journalist, producer, presenter, and writer who joined the BBC in 1985 after completing medical school. He was known for presenting television programs on biology and medicine and made regular appearances on The One Show. Mosley was a proponent of intermittent fasting and low-carbohydrate diets, authoring books that promoted the ketogenic diet. He passed away while on holiday on the Greek island of Symi in June 2024.
